At BootCamp we use a variety of tools and training methods to create a strong, and balanced body.
Fun, friendship and fitness all wrapped up in this high intensity style of working out. Serious training that can be modified to suit your fitness level.
To get you fit and strong we use:
- jump rope
- and body weight movements

While the name conjures up military images, our BootCamps are really just a fun but serious group workout.
These 45-minute classes are available weekday mornings at
6:00am, 7:00am and 9:15am (Monday – Friday).
